Gen. Andrzej Kowalski is an officer associated primarily with special services; In the years 2015–2020 he was the head of the Military Intelligence Service, and previously he served in the service of military counterintelligence, the Internal Security Agency and the now defunct state protection office. He participated, among others In the work on the liquidation of military information services, in 2007 he was also after the head of SKW.
In 2023, he became part of the United Right, who was established at the end of the rule of the United Right, who was controversial for the study of Russian influence on the internal security of the Republic of Poland in 2007–2022, whose chairman was Cenckiewicz.
