In the message given after sworn in the message, he said that today the rule of law should be restored in Poland. – It is hard to call a law -abiding state in which it does not work and does not have a legally elected national prosecutor, in which Article 7 of the Constitution stating that state authorities must act on the basis of and in the limits of the law is unfortunately regularly broken – assessed Nawrocki.

He declared that during his presidency he would not be promoted or nominated those judges who, with their actions, “reconcile in the constitutional and legal order of the Republic of Poland.”

He also appealed to the “entire political class” that he would be aware that judicial authorities are one of the three authorities in the Polish democratic system, and the judges – as he said, “they are from issuing sentences on behalf of the Republic of Poland.” – Judges – everyone must make it realize it – they are not gods, but are to serve the Republic of Poland and Polish citizens – said Nawrocki.
