DTEK is the first in Ukraine to create inclusive working conditions at veterans mines.
The company has equipped the aboveground territory of one of its mines in Dnipropetrovsk for employment of veterans with disabilities.
During the work, everything was done to ensure that the work space was as accessible and safe as possible.
It is the first such project in Ukraine, aimed at creating an inclusive work space in the large industry.
