In Krasnoyarsk at the construction site A residential complex on the Street Airovodnaya 23-year-old handler fell from a height and died.
As told in the UK, the tragedy occurred on August 4 at about 23 hours:
“The man, being on the battery for the supply of concrete, fixed on the lifting tap, performed work on pouring concrete on the upper floors of the building under construction. At some point, the holding mechanism did not work and the device began to fall, the worker could not stay on it and fell from the height of the 17th floor. As a result of injuries, he died on the spot. ”
On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was opened under part 2 of Art. 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of safety rules in the conduct of construction work, which entailed by negligence of the death of a person), an inspection of the scene was carried out, and technical documentation was taken.
“According to preliminary data, the deceased – a foreign citizen – performed the functions of a handyman at the construction site. It is currently being established whether it was officially employed in a contracting organization, and other circumstances are being clarified, ”the UK said.
