Allegro is buying. The company will spend PLN 1.4 billion on its own shares

Allegro.eu has determined that it will focus 38,942,976 own shares at a price of PLN 35.95 for one share. The company received from the shareholders the offer of sales shares with an indication of the sale price not higher than the final price, covering a total of 153,407,636 shares and the average reduction rate was 74.6 percent. – the company informed in a press release.

Earlier, the Council of Directors of Allegro.eu invited no more than 46.204.620 shares of the Company, constituting a total of no more than 4.4 percent. share capital, at a price not lower than PLN 30.3 and not higher than PLN 36.2.

“Due to the fact that the company received a sufficient number of sales offers to realize the entire amount of PLN 1.4 billion, it was necessary to reduce the submitted offers, in accordance with the allocation rules set out in the invitation.

“Therefore, the average reduction rate of offers submitted by shareholders at a price not higher than the final price was 74,614708 percent for an additional 189 668 934 shares were rejected, because the sales price indicated in them was higher than the final purchase price set by the company” – added.

The company said that the settlement of the purchase of shares from shareholders whose offers were adopted will take place on August 5, 2025 (PAP Biznes)
