According to media reports, the prisoners attempted to escape from the pre-trial detention center-1 shortly after the New Year holidays.
The idea belonged to Elnur T., who persuaded his cellmates to leave the “institution”, making a dig in one of the premises. However, the plan crashed when one of the prisoners informed the guard about the conceived escape.
