The “textile” continues the solid course of the beginning of the season, being undefeated in the first four stages of superlig, with two draws and two successes. Although the Ploiesti opened the scoring through the Doumtsios, the Aradians managed to return the result thanks to a braver game, after 40 modest minutes.
Costache restored the equality after a precise center of Tzionis, which would be decisive again in the second half: he orchestrated the counterattack concluded by Alin Roman, in the 60th minute, with the goal that set the final score. Until the end, the “yellow wolves” have no claims at Iliev's gate.
Adi Mihalcea acknowledged the weak start and the goal received on a known phase, but emphasized the return of the team by defensive organization and counterattack. He appreciated the effort, she pointed out that players can be much more and that the goal is to maintain the shape. It does not promise anything and requires balance in expectations.
Adrian Mihalcea: “It is not easy for us to play matches with such intensity week”
“It was a hard match. I didn't start the game very well, I lost a lot of offensive duels in the first half. They marked from an execution that we had prepared, which frustrated us a little. However, we returned to the game, and in the second half we tried to be more defensive and to go on the counterattack, which led to the second goal and other important occasions.
It's a good victory. The oil had a net superior possession, but we knew how to balance the game at the end and we enjoy the three points. Players can much more, have my total confidence and have to deliver more. But we grow from the match to the match, we gather points in this championship start, and this is the most important.
We are waiting for the other boys to come back, to complete the lot, to have greater freshness. I live the matches intensely, I can't get rid of it. May seem exaggerated sometimes but there are sincere experiences, so I free my accumulated energy”, Said Adrian Mihalcea, at the end of the Ploiești party.
It is not easy for us to play matches with such intensity week, but it's the hell. I do not want to think too far away and give hope to people too early.
They should also understand that we are just at first, and whenever a weaker series can appear. I only think about the next week, how to recover the boys and look just as good, maybe even better, in the next match. My goal is to continue this line of invincibility.

What did the signatories declared, Costache and Alin Roman
It was a very, very hard match. I knew we would suffer. In the second half, they dominated, but we had opportunities on the counterattack. It's the most beautiful feeling when you give everything, you defend yourself and you earn 2-1. In the empty, I knew that Marinos had a few slits, movements in the body, I knew what to do and I went exactly where I knew the ball would arrive.
I congratulate myself on staying at UTA. I am here and with the thought only of what we have to do. I want to help our goal. We can dream, it's free, it costs nothing. We like to work, to be serious, to give our lives on the ground. I really feel we have a beautiful group, and that's why I chose to stay. Football in Arad is spectacular.
– Valentin Costache
A very hard match. From my point of view, I didn't make a very good match. I knew they were homogeneous, that they play well at home. We did our homework well, we had a little fear. I had opportunities and took the 3 points. One by one, I think it is worth it. I feel good here, they received me well, they gave me the pleasure of playing football and that is why I go out.
It is beginning of the season, we take it step by step, we work well and we have to gather well. We will see after the half of the tour where we will be. A lot of work, duels earned, that made the difference.
