Federation hole »Burleanu's forum puts his hand in his pocket, according to the Bolojan Government decisions

The sports director of the forum said that the legislative changes will bring significant additional expenses. Specifically, 25% in addition to August-December only with junior lots.

As the operational budget of the federation for the whole of 2025 is worth about 5 million euros, as Munteanu says, without including the first representative here, it means that FRF will pay more with about 500,000 euros from August 1 until the end of the year. “All these taxes of taxes will bring us a more difficult period from a financial point of view. Everything that means the budgeting of national lots is done at the end of the year, and in January everything is confirmed, including thorough discussions, if requested by the President of the Federation.

At the moment, seeing the increase of the VAT and the rest of the fiscal measures announced by the Government, we expect a 25% in addition to the initial budget, which is valid for all lots. I mean here the rest of 2025”, Declared Vlad Munteanu.

“Personally, in the middle of each calendar year, I ask for the situation from the financial department, to see the comparison between what I have budgeted and what was spent, because in this way I can have a clear image of what the people I work with everyday and it is very easy for me to plan,” he continued.

“I ask the teams a margin of +/- 3%”

“For 9 years I have been doing this and I have never exceeded the budget, which is a point of pride. The advice I received at the beginning was that I had to take care of the budget of the national lots as if I took care of my business. I assumed that.

If at the beginning, from a very good organization, there were still some money that could be invested in training materials and other things, now, after 9 years, to draw team managers, who are responsible for the budgeting of national lots, to keep a margin of +/- 3% compared to what they planned.

For this reason, I need to see such an update every 6 months, to talk to those responsible and to see where there are major discrepancies. For example, at the moment we are thinking about purchasing air tickets much more early. We know the locations where we play, “says the former champion with Dinamo.
