According to the information provided by PARP, Gulda has been involved in the construction of the innovation system in Poland for over two decades. His activities focus on supporting cooperation with business, developing business models, strategies for institutions supporting innovations and implementing financial support instruments for enterprises at national and regional levels.

Krzysztof Gulda – who is the deputy head of PARP?
The new head of PARP is an experienced expert in the field of innovation, technology transfer and development strategy. He is a graduate of physics at the University of Warsaw, where he specialized in nuclear physics. For years, he has been closely associated with the university, he co-founded the University Technology Transfer Center and from 2016 he sits on the management board of Caullae UWRC sp. Z oo, supporting the establishment of academic spin-off companies.

In his career so far, Gulda has been involved in the creation and management of over 20 technology companies operating at the University of Warsaw. He also performed expert and advisory functions in domestic and international institutions – including In the expert group for coordination of European partnerships (2020-2024), the Council of the National Center for Research and Development (2007–2009, 2016–2020), as well as at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, where in the years 2009–2012 he managed the strategy department.
Earlier, between 2002 and 2009, he worked at the Ministry of Economy. He also collaborated with institutions such as the World Bank, PwC Polska or the National Center for Nuclear Research.
