137 young specialists will be employed at the enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk highway by the end of the year

137 young specialists came to the Krasnoyarsk railway: all of them are graduates of railway universities and technical schools who graduated from relevant educational institutions in Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk and Omsk in 2025.

35 of them received diplomas with honors and for high results in their studies were awarded with a nominal watch of the head of the Krasnoyarsk railway.

Yesterday's students studied in targeted areas from the enterprises of the highway: this approach means that after handing the diploma they guaranteed the workplace. The guys received education in demanded specialties, and will work on Krasn in the units of the traffic control department, railway construction, travel, locomotive and wagon economy.

The geography of the distribution is wide: young specialists are expected at both large and small stations in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia – in Abakan, Achinsk, Resaps, Uzhure, Bogotola, Sayan, Askiza.

Note that the enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk highway are regularly replenished. Currently, employees under the age of 35 are a third of the team.

The preparation of future railway workers is carried out in close cooperation with specialized educational institutions of the regions of Siberia. Thus, the Krasnoyarsk highway is an industrial partner of the educational and production cluster “Yenisei Siberian Railway Worker”, who will train specialists of working professions, taking into account the existing needs of the road. This summer, the first set of students takes place in the cluster.
