VTB allocated 7.3 billion rubles to the developer of the Stroyinnovation Group for the construction of a business class residential complex in Krasnoyarsk.
The complex will be located on Partizan Zheleznyak Street – four buildings with a height of 20 to 24 floors with a total area of more than 100 thousand square meters. m.
The project includes a closed territory without cars, a two-level courtyard space with a ground crossing pavilion and own viewing platforms, playgrounds for different ages, an underground parking for 601 machines. In addition, a kindergarten and a modern library are provided on the territory of the residential complex.
