In Sosnovoborsk, a 17-year-old girl, on her mother’s direction, issued a loan for a man

In Sosnovoborsk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a woman and her teenage daughter will judge fraud. This was told about this in the investigation.

According to law enforcement officers, on September 7, 2024, a 41-year-old woman invited her 17-year-old daughter to issue a loan for a friend without his consent. The girl, following the instructions of her mother, took a phone and passport from a man and, through a mobile application, issued a loan in the bank in the amount of 961 thousand rubles. For money, they purchased a car and food.

On this fact, a criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, on a large scale). During the investigation, it was found that for several years a woman systematically applied physical violence to her children. Not only a 17-year-old girl suffered from beatings, but also her 8-year-old sister.

As a result, several criminal cases were opened on a negligent mother. In addition to fraud, the woman is accused of torture and non -fulfillment of the duties of raising children, as well as involving her daughter in the commission of a serious crime by a group of persons (P.P. A, “B” of Part 4 of Article 150, P.P. “A”, “G” of part 2 of article 117, Article 156, Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

In the near future, she, along with the older child, will appear before the court. It should be noted that the criminal case against a minor the accused has been allocated into separate proceedings.
