The Germans and the French have already dropped help in the Gaza Strip

The transport aircraft of the German army dropped packages over the Gaza Zone with humanitarian aid – the Ministry of Defense of Germany said on Friday. It's 14 tons of food and medical products.

Two Airbus A400M transport aircraft take part in the Luftwaffe operation. Everything is done in cooperation with Jordan, where these German machines are currently stationed.

It is not known if and how many subsequent drops of help are intended to carry out Germany.

On Friday, apart from Germany, the French also dropped packages over the Gaza Strip, which was informed by President Emmanuel Macron.

Jordan and the United Arab Emirates (ZAA) provided the first food using the “air bridge” on Sunday.

Help discharge in the Gaza Strip

The discharges occur in connection with the growing world criticism of Israel, whose authorities block the supply of basic products to the Gaza Strip in various ways. In the Palestinian half -lava there are cases of hunger death.

In the widespread assessment of assistance organizations, the screenshots are not able to replace supplies by land, they are only a drop in the sea of needs. The problem is also that help from the air is not precise, and injured, weakened or single children have difficulty reaching it.

The fact that the screenshots are largely symbolic, admitted German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. He reserved, however, that by engaging in the initiative, the Germans send a “important signal”.
