“Seven people's deputies elected to the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv supported the bill, which limit the powers of anti -corruption bodies. I believe that they should explain to the society why they voted for,” the Belotserkovets wrote.

“Law No. 4555-IX means the loss of the democratic guideline of Ukraine in the eyes of European partners. The adoption of the law signals the West to the Western authority to follow the pro-European course, maintain democratic values and cooperation with Europe, which is especially absurd against the background of the 11-year struggle of Ukraine with Russian armed aggression, defending its European choice and striving for democratic future. No. 4555-IX can also lead to a significant reduction in financial assistance, which is critical in wartime, we, the deputies of the Kyiv City Council, are representatives of the interests of the territorial society of the city of Kyiv and are comprehensively interested in defending the rights and interests of representatives of the territorial community of the capital of Ukraine, ”the deputies of the city council said.
