Residents of Krasnoiarsk County, a region in the center of Siberia where the mobile internet has not been working for four days, asked the authorities that should do in these conditions those who work remotely, and the answer received probably surprised everyone, reports the jellyfish.

The question was asked by the locals at a post distributed by the governor of Krasnoiarsk, Mihail Kotiukov, in which he confirmed that “temporary restrictions” were introduced regarding the mobile internet.

“But those who work remotely? Orion (no a Telecom supplier in Russia) tricked them all, people have worked on the mobile. If the fixed line stops again? People will lose their jobs,” noted one of the comments.

“It is enough to work for everyone in the special military operation,” said Ekaterina Kuzminykh, head of the Regional Control Center (RCC), using the term with which Russia designates its Ukraine war.

The independent investigation site notes that a local news channel on Telegram has confirmed that the account really belongs to Kuzminykh and that it has actively administered it from 2020.

The representative of the Russian authorities sent to the inhabitants to enjoy the clear sky

In a message in which he commented on the governor's ad about the mobile internet restrictions, she noted: “We are happy with the clear sky above our heads.”

Kuzminykh was appointed head of RCC December 2023, describing the state body as “an element of the federal structure created for communication between inhabitants and those commonly called by the general word” authorities “.

“It is about dialogue with the responsible services, about solving the problems that are written on the Internet,” she said.

The mobile internet was practically unavailable to fourth day on Tuesday in Krasnoiarsk. With an area of almost 2,3400.00 km², Provicin is the second region as an area of Russia.

Governor Mihail Kotiukov said the restrictions are related to “the need to strengthen security measures in certain areas of Krasnoiarsk district based on the operational situation and to prevent threats to the network.” He appealed to “understanding” from the inhabitants.
