
On a particularly hot summer days, there is no desire to stand at the stove. I want something light, fast, cooling and tasty. It is for such cases that this summer soup exists. Ingredients:
- Half a liter of kefir (1%and fatter suitable)
- One large cucumber
- A bunch of greenery – dill, parsley, green onion
- Garlic clove – to taste
- salt, pepper – to taste
- Lemon juice – a couple of drops
- Boiled egg – for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Cucumber is rubbed on a coarse grater. Greens are chopped finely. Garlic can be passed through the press or grate.
2. All this is connected to kefir, salt, glutture and add a little lemon juice.
3. The resulting soup is cleaned in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
4. Before serving, a half of a boiled egg is placed in a plate. You can also add a few thin radish circles.
Useful tips:
Instead of kefir, Ayran or Tan is also suitable. And if you add a spoonful of sour cream, then the soup will turn out thicker and softer in taste.
