In the Russian Federation, the most successful in 2025 was a ritual business – Ukrainian intelligence


Against the backdrop of a demographic decline and losses in the war against Ukraine, this industry increased by 16% over the half -year, and its volume for the period from January to April amounted to almost $ 425 million.

Other civil industries, on the contrary, demonstrate a decline. In June, the total industrial production index decreased by 1.9%. The largest fall is in the production of civil transport (-26.8%), electronics (-8.6%) and leather products (-4.7%).

In July, the industrial optimism index fell below the levels of 2016 and 2022. 61% of the expert surveyed indicated “significantly lower than the norm” of production volumes.

Against the backdrop of the decline in Kamaz, KamAZ, following the gas and AvtoVAZ, moves to a four -day working week. At the same time, the export of sunflower oil decreased by 38% in an annual comparison. The number of companies planning a reduction in personnel has doubled: from 6.9% in January to 11.5% in June. Most of all – in prey, mechanical engineering and pharmaceuticals.

Industrial production related to the military-industrial complex for the first half of 2025 increased by 1.4% in annual calculus. The largest growth was recorded in the production of special -purpose vehicles (3.4 times more compared to 2022), electronics and optics (2.1 times), as well as metal products (1.5 times).

Current dynamics indicates deep structural imbalances that threaten technological lost potential in the civilian sector, noted in the SVR. Meanwhile, in the State Duma, they call to punish citizens for criticizing domestic goods – according to Russian politicians, this is “discredit”.

Context

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of July 26, since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Ukraine, the Russian Federation lost 1,048,330 military.
