The gendarmes from Suceava intervened on Sunday night to help an eight -year -old man and child get off the mountain. The two were stuck in the area due to torrential storms and rains that affected Suceava County.

The adult and the child were stuck in the chairlift cabin in Gura Humorului and could not go down because of the adverse weather, the representatives of the Suceava County Gendarmes Inspectorate.
“A crew from the Gura Humorului Gendarmes Detachment intervened, following an appeal to the unique emergency number 112, to save two people – an adult and an 8 -year -old, both from Botosani county – who remained blocked at the chairlift cabin in the town of Gura Humorului. The gendarmes safely took over the two people and led them to the locality. According to the gendarmes, the respective people did not need medical care.
