At the end of June, a package of financial solutions for medical facilities was presented at the Ministry of Health. It houses the annual recommendation of the President of the Medical Technology and Tariff Technology Agency (AOTMIT) on increases in the minimum wage in health care.

In addition to the statutory guarantee of the minimum wage growth for medical staff, the recommendation also includes Inflation costs, including energy prices and services tariff in neurology, gynecology and stationary rehabilitation.

The introduction to the AOTMIT recommendation is the task of the National Health Fund. On Friday, the NFZ Communication Office announced that the fund amended the financial plan for 2025.

Increased funds for medical benefits by a total of nearly PLN 8.75 billion – of which PLN 6.15 billion comes from an increase in subsidies from the state budget and PLN 2.6 billion from the NFZ spare fund. Importantly, these documents must be signed by both parties, which is why it is so important to cooperate with the NFZ branches with medical facilities – said NFZ president Filip Nowak.

The signed and published orders concern: primary healthcare, outpatient specialist care, hospital treatment, oncological comprehensive services (con-guy and kon-Jelito), comprehensive benefits (Kos-Uavał), hospital rescue departments and emergency room, night and Christmas health care, PSZ hospital networks, medical rehabilitation, coordinated rehabilitation, coordinated rehabilitation, rehabilitation, coordinated rehabilitation, healing networks care for a woman and a child, a pilot program in the field of comprehensive developmental care for children born prematurely Kord.

The National Health Fund noted in a message that the last stage of the introduction of AOTMIT recommendations is to prepare, send and sign annexes to the National Health Fund contracts with medical facilities.

– This is a big organizational challenge because it is over 31 thousand. documents. Our troops work in full swing to transfer annexes to medical facilities as soon as possible. Then we will wait for the reimbursement of signed documents. This is necessary for the facilities to receive higher financing, in accordance with the content of the AOTMIT recommendation – emphasized Paweł Florek, director of the Social Communication and Promotion Office at the NFZ headquarters.

Primary health care clinics received suggestions for higher rates. According to Aotmit, the increase is 5 percent. and applies to the basic salary of POZ, i.e. the capital.

“The rates for all benefits and studies that the National Health Fund finance outside the capital rate are also growing. For example, advice for patients who are not pupils, the implementation of the cardiovascular disease prevention program, or a number of tests settled from the diagnostic budget,” the fund said.
