On April 20, registration of voters wishing to take part in the preliminary voting of United Russia began.
Residents will have to choose participants in the procedure who will become candidates from the United Russia party in the elections of deputies to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
All residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can choose winners. To do this, they need to register on the website PG.ER.RU before May 29, and on voting days from May 25 to May 31, choose their favorite candidate in electronic format.
To date, applications for participation in the preliminary voting have been received from 285 candidates, of which 250 people are registered for elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 22 for elections of State Duma deputies.
Those who have difficulty registering can get help from volunteers at the United Russia Public Support Headquarters and local party branches in the municipalities of the region.
“Only registered voters can participate in choosing party candidates. Since both registration and voting are completely online, residents, especially older generations, may have questions or difficulties. In this case, our volunteers are always ready to help. All information about the candidates is also available on the site: you can watch their videos and get acquainted with their election programs. After studying the materials, voters will be able to make their choice and cast a vote. The transparency of the procedure is closely monitored by members of the regional organizing committee. If any questions arise, candidates and voters can feel free to contact them,” said Maxim Zverev, head of the legal work department of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the United Russia party, member of the regional organizing committee for the preliminary voting.
Let us remind you that preliminary voting will take place from May 25 to May 31. Within a week, registered voters will be able to go to the website pg.er.ru and vote in electronic ballots for their favorite candidates. Based on the voting results, the party will form lists of candidates for the upcoming elections.
