7.8 million UAH of debt, 6 new LLCs and 54 real estate objects: analysis of the last decl …

🏘 Let's start with a real estate list. In order not to get confused, we will first list how many and what objects he declared in 2024. Therefore, Oleksandr Pikulik owns 40 plots of more than 2.8 hectares. Almost all of the land – in Irpen, only one plot of 2500 m² – in the Rivne region. It also has 7 non -residential premises for 959.3 m² and 4 dwellings with a total area of 543.2 m². All this is in Irpen.
In addition, in 2024, Pikulik added two more objects in Bucha, which he uses free of charge: land (1500 m²) and a dwelling house (315.8 m²). Their owner is a relative of MP Stanislav Pikulik.
The deputy also rents a land plot in Bucha (758 m²) in the City Council. How much is unknown. This object first appeared in the Pikulik declaration, although, according to the document, he acquired the right in 2021.
📈Interestingly, the plot in the Rivne region, which we mentioned earlier, has “increased” 5 times. In 2023, according to the declaration of the deputy, its area was 500 m², now – 2500 m². It was owned by Pikulik in 2020.
Compared to 2023, from the declaration for 2024, 8 real estate objects disappeared: 4 land, 2 non -residential premises, one house and a storage. Everything except the house is located in Irpen.
📍However, only one object was sold in the transaction of the deputy. Which one is unknown, but the income from sales is known – 5 081 250 UAH.
As for the deputy's fleet – there are two motorcycles, one car and a mulov absorption car. Novelty-rented Mercedes-Benz AMG S 63 2019. The cost of rent is not specified.
💼 There are also changes in Pikulik's businesses. To already known three companies (where Pikulik has 30%, 50% and 100% in the authorized capital) were added 6 new LLCs, which it owns 100%. Their names are almost the same-“Comfort Center Managing Company”, but with different numbers-from 1 to 6.
There is also a share in the Bucha-Olympic housing and communal services, the size of which is not specified. And OK “ZhBK” Mir “disappeared from the declaration.
💸 The main source of income of Alexander Pikulik is to lease property. In 2024 he earned UAH 1.3 million. In addition, he received UAH 5 million from real estate sales and UAH 31 thousand. The total annual income of the deputy increased twice as compared to 2023.
In cash or in bank accounts, Alexander Pikulik declared almost UAH 6.7 million and only 32 dollars. Also in monetary assets the deputy declares 57 737 UAH of debt, which connects it with the Kiev branch of LLC gas distribution networks of Ukraine.

💰Another UAH 7.8 million in assets is the loans received. In total, there are eight of them in the declaration. Three loans have already been repaid, it remains to pay 7.861 million UAH on the other deputy. Interestingly, he took the last loan of 150 thousand UAH from his company “Managing Company Comfort Center 2”.
