According to local residents, the main instigators of beatings are called Angelina and Alexander. Girls pounce on people in a variety of places: bars, cafes and just on the street.
Locals say that the girls attract their girlfriends to the fights, who help them beat passers -by, drag them by the hair and shoot everything on camera.
The victims complain that criminals specially provoke local residents, and then arrange a fight, insulting their victims.
Called by the victims – both men and women. Several victims recorded a concussion and fractures.
