The aspects revealed in the report on the monitoring visit carried out at the Psychiatry Hospital and Safoca-Buzău safety measures show the torments to which the patients were subjected: from beatings and humiliation to their unjustified binding.

Two abrupt patients, a woman hit with the palm over her head, without justification, another patient dragged by the salon, later related, having a blanket on her head and other immobilized patients, although they were calm and cooperative, are part of the aspects revealed in the monitoring visit report to Săpoca Hospital.
The monitoring took place after a complaint regarding the slaughter, the tune and even the binding of some employees.

We recall that another serious incident took place in 2019, in Săpoca. A patient, who had an episode of psychosis, repeatedly hit 13 people with the stand. 6 patients died.
