Krasnoyarsk did not deprive freedom for disrupting the shooting of the “check” program on the TVK

In Krasnoyarsk, a man was condemned, who tore off the shooting of a television program “Examination“ Television companies of the TVC and broke an expensive camera.
The prosecutor’s office said that everything happened in November 2023. The correspondent with the operator wanted to show the work of one of the Krasnoyarsk cooks and determine whether sanitary standards are observed in it.
“The wife of the owner of the institution did not like the increased attention of the journalists. He aggressively demanded to stop shooting and, holding the camera lens, pulled it down. After that, the man began to push them out of the premises of cooking and broke expensive equipment“, – They told the prosecutor's office.
On this fact, a criminal case was instituted on the prevention of the journalist with the use of violence and the destruction of property (part. 3 tbsp. 144 of the Criminal Code). The man at the trial did not plead guilty, insisting that the film crew had no right to be in the kitchen.
Given the position of the prosecutor, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to 2 years of conditional imprisonment with a trial period of 2 years.
