Krasnoyarsk residents opposed the initiative of deputies to ban the Russians to feed homeless animals.

Recall, according to the bill, which is planned to be introduced to the State Duma, it will no longer be possible to feed the ownerless dogs and cats near apartment buildings, as well as cultural organizations, social services, education, health and sports. The authorities of subjects will be able to independently expand this list.

For violation, administrative liability is provided – a warning or a fine of 3 thousand to 5 thousand rubles, writes RBC.

So, the deputy of the city council Vyacheslav Dyukov believes that the restriction is justified in relation to public zones, but the idea to expand this ban on ordinary courtyards looks excessive. In addition, he noted that it will be difficult for law enforcement agencies to track Violations of this type.

“And where then to feed them? In parks and squares? There, too, people go there. In this case, it seems to me that this is such an excessive measure. But do not feed them, you see, we are people. What does it mean, not to feed? Well, then, who said that aggressiveness from this cannot be born in dogs if they are hungry. I believe that here we must very balancedly approach this issue and take into account the safety issues of people, children first of all, and remain people, ”said the deputy of the Krasnoyarsk City Council.
