The Head of the Tax Office in Nowy Sącz discontinued the enforcement proceedings of MO-Bruk regarding increased fees for the storage of waste for 2017-Mo-Bruk said in a statement. The company is waiting for a decision by SKO in Wrocław to discontinue the proceedings regarding the imposition of increased fees for 2017.
The procedure concerned the amounts that are the difference between the fee due and resulting from the list – for the storage of waste in 2017 at the landfill of waste other than hazardous and indifferent, with separate quarters for storage of hazardous waste containing asbestos, at ul. Górnicza 1 in Wałbrzych, in the amount of approx. PLN 19 million.
