The investigation concerned various irregularities in the management of the Chancellery of the President of the Czech Republic. Ultimately, Chancellor Vratislav Mynarz did not hear any allegations. Before the investigators ended the proceedings with such a request, among others they explained the origin and price of bottles with plumowica, which foreign guests received as a gift. President Andrzej Duda was to receive 10 bottles, President of Hungary Catalin Novak – 8, Israeli President Jicchak Herzog – 20. According to the castle records (Hrad), as the office and the seat of the Czech head of the state, Śliwowica – against the principles of the Koran – was also called – was also to get the Emir of Qatar Tamim Ibn Hamad al Sani.

According to the protocols that investigators were written during the interrogation of the former Czech President, it follows that Gifts for the heads of states came from a drink poured into decorative bottles, which was left of various gifts for Zeman. The president, they wrote the detectives, once said that Śliwowica was his favorite drink and from foreign and national guests he began to get this species of alcohol – in bottles and in Gąsiorach.

What was not drunk was poured into decorative bottles with a tag containing the autograph of the president. The police did not see the crime in this procedure, or in the fact that Hrad paid 3,000 crowns for an empty bottle in a decorative packaging, or about PLN 500. Invoices were issued by a company that was a car service. She had no license to sell alcohol and Banderols indicating the payment of excise duty.

According to Seznam ZPRAVY, the current Chancellery of the Czech President Petra Pavel does not exclude the submission of a crime report.
