– I intend to send open letters to the Marshals of the Sejm and Senate and the president after August 6, after swearing in. I think that I will expand it to the heads of parliamentary clubs – said Manowska, adding that in his letters he will ask for a meeting and conversation about all court laws, including the National Council of the Judiciary – an institution that the current authorities assess as politicized.

According to her, judicial members of the National Court Register may be elected by parliament, but this choice should be preceded by widespread elections among the judges themselves. – The problem is not that the parliament, which has a democratic mandate, decides, the problem is who reports these candidates. The signature of ten or a dozen judges that we support – this is, however, a bit too little representation – she said.

MANOWSKA also informed that she was preparing a letter to the Sejm Marshal Szymon Hołownia regarding a recent letter regarding the presidential election, which was sent to Hołownia by the head of MS, Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar. – There is so much inaccuracies in the letter of the Minister of Justice (to put it mildly) that it is impossible to go over them on the agenda – said Manowska.

In an interview and the President of the Supreme Court also referred to the allegations that the prosecutor's office indicated in the conclusion to the Professional Court of the Supreme Court and the Tribunal of State to repeal its immunity last week.

It is about exceeding the rights when recognizing the validity of the voting of the College of the Supreme Court despite the lack of quorum, failure to fulfill the obligations related to failure to make the full composition of the State Tribunal within the date of the meeting and failure to perform the final decision of the District Court in Olsztyn regarding the resolution on the suspension of judge Paweł Juszczyszyn.

Manowska, asked if she sees the possibility that she would renounce his immunity, she replied that the judge is not allowed. – Once this problem was considered in legal aspect. However, I certainly will not waive myself, because it is a guarantee that the judge will actually rule independently – she said. She also added that she saw no grounds to repeal her immunity. (PAP)
