The Romanian referee Andrei Florin Chivulete was delegated by UEFA to the “center” of the match between Araz, in Azerbaijan, and Aris Saloniki, Greece, the band with which he just signed the Romanian international Olimpiu Moruțan.
The match is played in the second preliminary round of Conference League, on Thursday, July 24, from 7:00 pm.

The Romanian Football Federation announced through the official website that Andrei Florin Chivulete was delegated by UEFA to lead the match between Araz and Aris Saloniki, from the preliminary round of Conference League.
The brigade led by Chaivulete belong to the assistants Mircea Mihail Grigoroiu and Andrei Gabriel Constantinescu, and Radu Marian Petrescu will be the fourth official.
Olimpiu Moruțan can debut at Aris right at the match led by Chaivulete
On Saturday, July 19, Olimpiu Moruțan was officially presented at Aris Saloniki, the great local rival of PAOK, the team coached by Răzvan Lucescu.
The Romanian international was permanently transferred from Ankaragucu and signed a 3 -year contract with ARIS.

After leaving Romania, Moruțan is at the 4th foreign club that evolves. In 2021, Galatasaray bought from FCSB for 3 million euros. He borrowed at Pisa, then gave in to Ankaraguku. In the previous season, the Ankara club was borrowed at Olimpiu at Pisa. Italians did not permanently transfer it after promotion in series A.
Now, arrived in Aris, Olimpiu Moruțan can start even at the match with Araz, which will be led from “Center” by Andrei Chivulete.
In the last season, Aris finished 5th in Greece, under Olympiakos, Aek Athens, Panathinikos and Paok.
