Two people were injured in an explosion in a pit in front of the Moscow pre -trial detention center – an oxygen cylinder pulled there.
They worked with welding near the territory of the pre-trial detention center on the 1st silicate passage. Suddenly an explosion occurred – according to preliminary data, the oxygen cylinder rushed. At least two men were injured.
Now they are at the bottom of the pit ten meters deep, they are trying to raise them to the surface.
