A passionate obscene speech fell on the volunteers of a rehabilitation center for washing birds from fuel oil in the Krasnodar Territory. Its author is Deputy Minister of Education Sergei Uraykin. The reason is a video posted on social networks with complaints about the closure of the center.
The official says: he was disgraced throughout the country, he was almost given a heart attack, he was racing at a speed of 180 km/h to distribute the lyuli. According to him, volunteers are speculating on information and creating panic in the country.
