⚡️The court recognized the “actual marriage” of two men so that one could take the other abroad. A diplomat of Israeli origin, wanted to pick up his partner Peter Melnik -the famous Ukrainian LGBT activist with him on a business trip. But the Foreign Ministry refused, because “the law recognizes only the union of man and woman”
⚖️ However, the court accepted the side of the famous gay para! Joint photos with passionate arms and kisses, correspondence, shared accounts – all indicated “full family life”
