In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a ship was evacuated to the place of repair, which spilled 30 tons of fuel in the Yenisei. This was told by the head of the Kazachinsky district, Yuri Ozersky.
For the evacuation of the injured vessel from Krasnoyarsk, the Efremov tugboat arrived. The ship was moored near the left bank of the Yenisei. In addition, winches and special role bags were installed for repair.
“The main task was not only in the delivery of the ship to the place of repair work, but also in extracting it to land. Work in this direction continues today. Rescue services near the landing site also controlled the situation regarding possible leaks of oil products. There are no new spills, ”said Yuri Ozersky.
The head of the district specified that now the ship is waiting for major repairs. After that, it will be able to go to a permanent base.
Recall that in the evening of June 8, the ship when following with two empty barges through the Kazachin threshold downstream of the river received a hole on an underwater obstacle and sat aground. As a result, about 30 tons of diesel fuel hit Yenisei. And recently, when preparing the vessel for evacuation, a new spill of oil products occurred.
