Legia Warsaw, the team coached by Edward Iordănescu (47 years old) won the friendly match against the second formation of Poland, Leczna, score 5-1.

The Romanian technician is preparing for the first official match on the Polish bank, which will take place on July 10, against Aktobe, in the first preliminary round of the Europa League.

Iordănescu was appointed to Legia on June 16 and made a first “victim” just days after installation. This is the coach who has been in charge of 2001 (after having a brief experience in 1992) of the preparation of goalkeepers, Krzysztof Dowhaț, aged 69.
The reason? At the signing of the contract, the former coach of Romania made the condition of coming to Warsaw with his entire staff.
