⚡️👩️📑The court refused Pikulik in an attempt to return the mandate of the Irpin MP.
The Kyiv District Administrative Court again denied the ex -dedition of the Irpin City Council from the Batkivshchyna Alexander Pikulik in stopping the decision of the political party on its recall. The court adopted the relevant decision yesterday, July 1.
It is known that the expatate through various representatives has submitted four applications to the administrative court. According to the first statement of Pikulik refused, The second – his representatives were asked to leave without consideration. The third and fourth statements court again did not support.
