  • 500 g of warm kefir with a fat content of 2.5%;
  • 1 tsp. salts;
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 700 g of flour.

Cooking

  1. Mix kefir, salt, sugar in a container.
  2. Add soda and sifted flour.
  3. Knead the dough, cover it and leave it for 20 minutes.
  4. Form dumplings from the dough.
