Products
- 500 g of warm kefir with a fat content of 2.5%;
- 1 tsp. salts;
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1 tsp. soda;
- 700 g of flour.
Cooking
- Mix kefir, salt, sugar in a container.
- Add soda and sifted flour.
- Knead the dough, cover it and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Form dumplings from the dough.
