Several people were injured, three of them with serious burns, after a gas station exploded on Friday in a neighborhood in the east of Rome, according to the Italian press and Reuters.
The strong explosion from the fuel station in Via Dei Gordiani who sold both petrol and diesel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), was heard throughout the Italian capital.
Several images and video recordings have appeared on the social networks with the moment of the massive explosion.
