“The main scene of the first edition Neversea Kapital raises the standards of festival productions in Romania to a new level,” announces the organizers. It is inspired by shows by international artists such as Beyonce and Swedish House Mafia.

The piece of resistance of the scene is the highest LED screen ever mounted in Romania, with a height of 22 meters. “Evokes the stylized silhouettes of some metropolitan buildings”, the official announcement sounds.

Around these panels, a complex metal structure creates depth and supports a system of lights that add rhythm and energy to each show. “The dynamic lighting leads to a moving city, always active-a visual metaphor for the urban vibe of the festival,” the organizers also reveal.

In addition, the main scene is supported by The most complex and powerful sound system ever installed on the national arena with a record number of speakers and acoustic enclosuresto give fans a full festival atmosphere, to international standards.

Thousands of gendarmes, policemen and doctors at the National Arena

The organizers announce that the Neversea Kapital Festival is for three days and three nights the safest public place in Romania. Thousands of employees of the Romanian Gendarmerie, the Romanian Police, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, the Brigade for Combating Organized Crime and the Local Police, will be ensured that all safety measures are respected. In fact, there will be hundreds of private security agents in the festival.

The crews from ISU Bucharest, UPU Bucharest and SMURD Bucharest will be prepared to provide the necessary support at advanced medical points and first aid points.

Useful information about access to Kapital Neversea

• Access to the festival will take place on July 4, 5, 6, starting at 4:00 pm.
• The lifting of the bracelets during the festival can be done daily, until 04:00 AM, and access to the festival until 05:00 AM.
• The organizers recommend to those present to adopt a lightweight clothing, to make the heat face, use sunscreen and hydrate properly during the event.
• Also, to check the list of the allowed objects they can take with them in the festival, to avoid situations in which they will be thrown by the security agents at the entrance area.

Careful! Are traffic restrictions in the stadium area

In order for the circulation in the city to operate in parameters, several traffic restrictions will be established. It is important to note that the Bucharest residents who live or operate in the festival area will not be affected by the traffic restrictions.

All the useful information for those who come to the festival

In order to carry out fluency and safety of road traffic, the road police will establish car traffic restrictions in the following intersections, between 4 and 6 July 2025, as follows:

• Str. Vatra Luminoasa, from the intersection with Str. Tony Bulandra, until the intersection with Str. Pierre de Coubertin, on both lanes, starting July 4, 2025, at 3 pm, gradually, until July 7, 2025, 07.00;
• Str. Tony Bulandra, starting with July 4, 2025, at 3 pm, gradually, until July 7, 2025, 07.00, except for the river, access to the hospital and the place of worship;
• The streets that make the connection between Str. Vatra Luminoasa and Str. Maior Coravu, on the one hand, and between Bd. Basarabia and Str. Maior Coravu, on the other hand, starting July 4, 2025, 00.00, gradually, until after the festival is completed, until July 7, 2025, 07.00;
• Str. Maior Coravu, starting with July 4, 2025, at 16.00, gradually, until July 7, 2025, at 07.00, except for the river
• Str. Pierre de Coubertin, from the intersection with Str. Vatra Luminoasa, until the entrance to the sports complex, starting with July 4, 2025, 00.00, gradually, until July 7, 2025, 07.00, except for the river;
• Str. Sg. Vasile Şerbănică (from the intersection with Bd. Basarabia, to the entrance to the stadium court), starting with July 4, 2025, 00.00, gradually, until July 7, 2025, 07.00;

At the same time, the following will be instituted:

• The access of the auto means to the alveola in front of the entrance to the courtyard of the National Arena, from Bessarabia Boulevard, is restricted, starting July 4, 2025, 00.00 until July 7, 2025, 07.
• The parking of vehicles will be restricted, starting with July 4, 2025, 00.00, until after the festival is completed, until July 7, 2025, at 07.00, on the following segments: on Str. Vatra Luminoasa, between the intersection with Str. Pierre de Coubertin and the intersection with Str. Tony Bulandra;
• On Str. Tony Bulandra, starting with July 4, 2025, 00.00, gradually, until the end of the festival, until July 7, 2025, at 07.00, from Str. Vatra Luminoasa, towards the entrance from Str. Maior Coravu in the National Arena complex.

The organizers of the event will ensure the distribution of access permits (“tags”) to the residents and economic agents, with which the owners can cross the road filters. Access can be done by presenting an identity document or any other document that results that the car user resides or carries out economic activities in the area affected by restrictions.

All information on the movement of means of transport

For the smooth running of the event, the road traffic will be closed, after obtaining the approvals of the Technical Commission of the City Hall of Bucharest and the Road Brigade, except for STB (trolleybuses 90 and 86) which will be diverted on Vatra Luminoasa street, and the end of the lines will be moved directly to the Depot 143. Baicului and bus 104 will travel deviated through the road. Lancului, between 4 and 6 July 2025.

TPBI supplements the N1, N10, N10 and N109 Night Line Line Park, the buses run at a 10-minute range in the 22.30-05.00 hours from the following stations:

• “Light Vatra” – vehicles of lines N1 and N10;
• “Sarafinești” (on the direction towards Unirii Square) and “Iancului Square” (on the direction towards Pantelimon) – the vehicles of the N102 line;
• “National Arena” (on both directions) – lines of line N109.

To reach the stadium, spectators will also be able to use day lines 1, 4, 10, 40, 55, 86, 90, 104 and 311, which work until around 23:15.
