Replaced ordinary pies with a PP version: after 2 weeks I buy clothes smaller

Classic cakes on yeast have long ceased to delight: heaviness in the stomach, heartburn, and then I don’t want to look at the scales. But I still want pies: hot, with a crisp,-and here is an alternative. Delicate, tasty, even more interesting than usual, and most importantly – dietary – no extra pounds. Prepared without troubles we need cottage cheese, eggs, green onions and a little cheese, and After 10 minutes, a ruddy appetizer, which is shifted even by those who are not sitting on the PP.

How to cook

Cut a large bunch of green onions, the more tastier, add 2 boiled eggs, chopped large, 100 g of cottage cheese, 50 g of any cheese, 1 raw yolk, 2 tablespoons with a slide of flour, salt and dry garlic to taste. Mix everything well – if the dough seems liquid, sprinkle a little flour, do not spoil.
Form small pies and fry on a drop of oil to a golden crust on both sides.

They come well both hot from the pan and cold, and a month later, jeans and dresses will really start to “hang”, you will have to buy new ones.
