Huge surprise at FCSB »Who would be holder with CFR Cluj

Laurențiu Vlăsceanu would be a holder in FCSB – CFR Cluj

To fulfill the U21 rule, the FCSB staff would resort to Laurențiu Vlăsceanu, according to Fanatik.ro. He will take the place of Risto Radunovic, ordinary holder as a left defender.

Thus, Valentin Crețu will be the right defender, to choose two stops between Mihai Popescu, Ngzana and Graovac to complete the defense.

Laurențiu Vlăsceanu returned this summer to FCSB, after two years in which he played in the form of a loan at Unirea Slobozia. In the season 2023-2024 he contributed to the promotion of the Ialomitians in Superliga, and in the 2024-2025 season he played 20 games in Liga 1 for Slobozia.

Vlăsceanu has only played one match so far at FCSB, in the Romanian Cup, in season 2022-2023. Throughout his career, he has been borrowed in Clinceni. The left defender played in the second half of the match with Utrecht, from the cantonment.

FCSB has problems with the U21 rule

This season, the U21 rule will be a problem for the Romanian champion. FCSB has Mihai Toma (offensive midfielder), Alexandru Stoian (far left), Ionuț Cercel (right defender), Laurențiu Vlăsceanu (left defender), Andrei Dâncuș (central defender).

Last season, FCSB had for the U21 rule on Octavian Popescu, Alexandru Musi, Andrei Gheorghiță and Alexandru Pantea. No one is a variant. Apart from Musi, who went to Dinamo, the other 3 already have 22 years old and do not fall.
