French ecstasy – ice cream from apples and chocolate: without sugar, cream and feelings of guilt – only the benefits and taste

Summer, hot, I want something cold and tasty, but it’s scary to remember ordinary ice cream, it is fat and high-calorie. This simple, healthy and very tasty recipe will help out. Nothing superfluous, no cream, sugar, eggs and long kneading: only apples, chocolate and a little imagination – it turns out real French pleasure without unnecessary calories.

What you need

  • 4 medium apples
  • 200 g of bitter chocolate

How to cook

  1. Wash the apples, clean the peel and core, cut into quarters.
  2. Boil until soft for 10-15 minutes, thoroughly drain water – there should not be excess moisture.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  4. Combine apples with melted chocolate, break well with a blender until smooth.
  5. Pour into silicone molds or container, send it to the freezer until completely hardened, best – at night.
  6. Get ice cream from molds and enjoy.
