The department noted that in the last month alone, fighters from the Alpha Special Operations Center of the SBU in Pokrovsk and its environs have eliminated more than 1.5 thousand occupiers. Every day they destroy more than 20 units of enemy equipment. In addition, the special service hit 39 artillery systems, including multiple launch rocket systems, with which the Russians fired at Pokrovsk.
SBU soldiers have been conducting combat work in the Pokrovsk direction for a long time. After the aggravation of the operational-combat situation in this sector of the front, the number of soldiers of TsSO “A” there increased significantly. They carry out extremely complex tasks in the hottest spots and eliminate enemy units with precise strikes. To create “corridors” for successful drone attacks on the invaders, SBU soldiers destroyed 18 enemy air defense and electronic warfare systems, the department noted.
At the same time, Alpha special forces carried out a series of special operations behind the front line. As a result of such raids, three large trains of Russian fuels, lubricants and ammunition were blown up. The maximum arsenal of armor-piercing weapons and unmanned systems was used against the enemy, the release says.
In just the last month, in the Pokrovsk direction, Alpha special forces destroyed:
- more than 1.5 thousand Russian occupiers;
- 20 tanks;
- 62 armored fighting vehicles;
- 39 artillery systems and MLRS;
- 10 air defense systems;
- eight electronic warfare / electronic warfare equipment;
- 532 vehicles;
- 592 enemy positions and fortifications;
- two warehouses with ammunition and one warehouse with fuels and lubricants.
All defeats of enemy targets have video confirmation, the SBU emphasized.
