CBOS emphasizes that, from November 2019, we are observing the systematic and significant decrease in percentage of respondents convinced that during elections in Poland votes are always honestly calculated and members of the election committees are always honest (currently 26 percent and 20 percent, respectively, compared to June 2019, due to 18 IO 19 percentage points, respectively).
As noted, the result is currently even worse than obtained in December 2014, i.e. after local elections, the results of which were questioned due to the above -average percentage of invalid votes. In addition, compared to previous measurements, the percentage of respondents who were evading the position on the integrity of members of the election committees increased.
The poll also emphasized that the element of trust in electoral procedures is also the conviction of the occurrence of the phenomenon of bribing voters. 51 percent respondents decided that during the elections in Poland, bribing voters never happens or this is rare. 22 percent respondents are convinced that in Poland it often or always happens.

As CBOS emphasizes, although 75 percent Poles recognize the results of the last election of the President of the Republic of Poland provided by the PKW as more or less credible, it is Their credibility in the eyes of the public is lower than in the case of the presidential elections of 2020, as well as the results of elections to the Sejm and Senate held in 2019 and 2023, elections to the European Parliament of 2019 and elections to the provincial assemblies of 2018.
According to CBOS, worse in terms of credibility than the results of the last presidential elections given by the PKW, only the results of elections to the provincial assemblies from 2014 were assessed, when above average a lot of invalid votes were recorded (in research conducted in December 2014 and January 2015. Their credibility questioned about a quarter of the respondents).
The study was carried out on a representative name sample of adult residents of Poland, drawn from the PESEL register. They were implemented from 5 to 15 June 2025 on a sample of 971 people (including: 63.0 percent by the CAPI method; 24.0 percent – Cati and 13.0 percent – CAWI).
