Halloween in Poland is getting sweeter. Candy sales are increasing

Comparing data from recent years, a clear upward trend is visible. In 2022, candy appeared at 8.81 percent. receipts from Halloween week, and in 2024 already 14.18 percent. – the study shows.

Experts indicate that this increase can be linked to the popularization of Halloween parties in schools and homes, as well as the increasingly wider range of thematic sweets available in stores.

Data shows that Poles like themed shopping occasions, from Valentine's Day, through Women's Day, to Halloween and, of course, Christmas.
