The minimum requirements for the decoration of apartments were developed in Russia – Minstroy
The order should come into force on March 1, the department said. The rules are divided into three blocks – walls, floors and ceiling. Some of them:
– When painting walls, stripes, spots, subtens and traces of the tool are allowed, If they are invisible from a distance of 2 meters;
– For the floor they are allowed gaps up to 0.5 mm when laying parquet and up to 0.2 mm for laminate. When laying tiles are allowed unevenness up to 3-5 mm;
– The ceiling is allowed Deviations from horizontal of plastered surfaces up to 15 mm. For suspended ceilings it is allowed sagging up to 10 mm.
