The head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Alexander Solovyov, awarded three police officers with cash prizes. The event took place in a festive atmosphere in the presence of the leaders of the apparatus of the headwalk and representatives of the territorial internal affairs bodies.
The Prize for the conscientious service was received by the head of the Department of Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Krasnoyarskoye” Maxim Kupa, the police patrol service of the police department No. 10 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Krasnoyarsk” Andrei Tikutov and the inspector of the road patrol service of the Krasnoyarskoye traffic police regiment, Alexander Vidyapin.
The police abandoned the illegal monetary reward for concealing a crime. So, Maxim Kupa stopped an attempt to give a bribe in the amount of 250 thousand rubles from the drugs detained for sales. Alexander Vidyapin refused 75 thousand rubles offered by the driver who had signs of alcohol intoxication. And Andrei Tikutov said to the duty unit that the detained migrant tried to get away from administrative responsibility for 16 thousand rubles.
“The police immediately reported to the leadership about all the attempts of giving bribes. Criminal cases were instituted against each bribe takers, ”the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region explained.
We will remind, earlier investigators revealed another episode of the unlawful activities of the former head of the State traffic inspectorate of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It was established that in the period from March to May 2024, Andrei Sirotinin for a bribe, gave an illegal indication to his subordinates to provide a guaranteed test for a resident of the regional center for the right to drive a vehicle. As a result, the Krasnoyarsk was illegally received a driver’s license.
