Which will be needed for 4 cans of 700 grams
- Water – 4 glasses
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Vinegar (9%) – 180 ml
- Kurkuma – 1 tsp
- Grain mustard – 1 tsp.
The whole non -standard is used: huge, broken, crooked – everything that you do not like. Peel the cucumbers, cut into strips, about 1.5 cm. At the bottom of the cans, put all spices and salt, on top – prepared cucumbers. Mix what you need for the marinade, pour and roll up as usual.
