Protesters in Abkhazia broke into the local parliament. The crowd of people broke the lattices on the windows, broke the glass and now smashes the rooms. The security forces left the territory.
The reason is the Law “On the Regulation of the Legal Status of Multifunctional Complexes”, which provides benefits for Russian investors. The locals demanded first to deal with their own law in the field of cadastre, and only then to engage in innovations.
The administration of the head of Abkhazia prepared a document on the transfer of consideration of ratification of the investment agreement with Russia to stabilize the situation.
