Myths about semolina: harm or benefits are stored at the bottom of the plate of the most famous breakfast of the country

Power experts destroyed myths:

“From semolina” – Not really true. By itself, it does not cause weight gain. It all depends on the total number of calories and the combination of products. Mankut can and should be combined with proteins and healthy fats.

“There is nothing useful in it” – Not true. Although there are few vitamins in it, they are: group B, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. In addition, the semolina is easily absorbed and can be a great option for a diet for gastrointestinal problems.

Make semolina more useful: add fiber, nuts, linen or pumpkin seeds, cottage cheese, yogurt or a little protein.

Mannered porridge is not an enemy of a figure and not a “dummy”. The main thing is a measure and the right additions. Turning it in the diet a couple of times a week is quite normal.
