The “Greens” at the start of the election campaign in Krasnoyarsk are dissatisfied with the work of their representatives in the region

Co-chair of the Green party Alexandra Kudzagova began the federal election campaign from the regions – after the Far East, party members held a Green Dialogue meeting in Krasnoyarsk during the May holidays.
The event, which was attended by about 40 people, was broadcast on social networks.
Activists asked about the party’s results over the past five years – since the previous elections, when the Greens elected Irina Ivanova to the Legislative Assembly of the region, and Ivan Golovkin to the Krasnoyarsk City Council.
As Kudzagova explained, the agreements reached then stipulated:
- entry of both deputies into relevant environmental committees;
- opening of public party receptions;
- continuation of landscaping, dust suppression and storm drainage inventory projects.
However, according to Kudzagova, none of this was done.
The head of the regional Greens, Vladislav Aleinikov, said that the party currently has no contact with Ivanova and Golovkin. At the same time, Irina Ivanova herself, who has experience of membership in United Russia, the LDPR and work with the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, intends to run for the regional parliament again – this time from the party in power.
As Alexandra Kudzagova explained, the reputational risks for the Greens turned out to be extremely high, and a way out of the situation has not yet been found. The law, she said, does not allow the party to demand that Golovkin transfer the mandate to the next candidate on the list.
